When purchasing any of
our pieces, we require a 50% deposit of the full amount of each purchase plus sales tax
(if in Georgia). The remaining balance and associated shipping costs are due upon
completion of the order and must be received before the order is shipped. We accept
personal check, money order or certified check.
Shipping charges are determined by the size and weight of your purchase. A variety of
shipping options are available utilizing a common carrier. Please notify us of any special
delivery circumstances (such as access to the delivery location, stairs, elevators, etc.).
Shipping charges are due along with the balance payment upon completion of the order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. In some cases, onsite assembly may be required. There
are no charges for the assembly, but delivery outside a 100-mile radius from Athens will
require special arrangements.
Most shipment time ranges between 1-2 weeks, depending on the method of shipment. We will
provide an estimated delivery time when order is ready for shipping. Likewise, all the
information to track your delivery will be provided as well. Smaller designs and ceramic
pieces will be shipped UPS Ground, which usually takes 3-7 days.
Production begins shortly after orders are placed, so please be sure of your choices
before placing your order. If you wish for any reason to change or cancel your order, you
must notify us within 7 days of the original order date. If we are given notice within 7
days of the original order date, a refund will be issued in the amount of your deposit
payment. Your custom order may not be canceled once it is in production. Any changes to
orders in production are subject to additional increases. No refunds will be given on any
orders that are cancelled after 7 days from the original order date.
